Maccabi Tel Aviv announced that Wade Baldwin IV is not expected to be available for Game 2 of the Euroleague Playoff series against Panathinaikos.

The player experienced hamstring discomfort early in the last quarter of Game 1, during which he scored 15 points and dished out 7 assists.

Baldwin IV also drew 7 fouls, including the two that generated the ire of Coach Ataman and the Greek team.

The former NBA first-round pick said in a recent interview that he still plans to play.

“I feel good and will play on Thursday, an injury will not stop me at this stage. We found a way to win the first game on a difficult and very home court, everyone in the team played well and we managed to get the first victory in the series”.
