Maccabi Tel Aviv freezed the contracts of players until EuroLeague and ELPA reach an agreement on the salary cuts.
President of Israeli Players Association Nir Alon sent a letter to EuroLeague CEO Jordi Bertomeu in which he asked Maccabi Tel Aviv to cancel the decision.
“Maccabi Tel Aviv must line up like the other teams” Nir Alon has written. Olimpia Milan, Real Madrid and other team have reached an agreement with every single player on salary cuts.
