Maccabi joins the struggle to prevent violence against women

The Maccabi family stands together and calling: Enough with the violence against women, that is the task of each and every one of us.

Maccabi Playtika Tel Aviv is joining the struggle to prevent violence against women, an plague that has even been exacerbated over the past year. The names of the 20 murdered Israeli women from the beginning of the year will be added to the special game shirt that will be created as part of #ITANU project and will be displayed among the names of the fans on the team bus as a painful reminder of this ugly phenomenon that exists among us. The Maccabi family stands together and calling: Enough with the violence against women, that is the task of each and every one of us.

Our effort is not limited to International day for the elimination of wiolence against women, but accompanies us all the way. As part of the cooperation with the Carasso group and the “I’m a woman” organization, we will present messages during Maccabi games throughout the season in order to raise awareness and promote various issues of gender equality and the advancement of women in sports.
