Kelly could return in Winner League

James Kelly is a candidate to join Maccabi Haifa, Ysraelhayom reports.

The forward out of Marshall spent last year with Maccabi Rishon Lezion, where he averaged over 12 points and 6 rebounds per game in Winner League.

Brown previously played in Israel from 2022 to 2024 with Maccabi Tel Aviv, which was likely his best two-year stretch in Europe

The club has canceled any warning letters or legal actions against its supporters, choosing dialogue as its preferred path
