Luka Dončić is expected to return for the Christmas Day game against Houston
Although officially listed as questionable, Luka Dončić is expected to play on Christmas Day against the Houston Rockets. The Los Angeles Lakers star is set to return after missing one game.
Dončić suffered a left leg contusion last Saturday and sat out Tuesday’s matchup. If he is activated, Nick Smith Jr. would shift back to a reserve role.
Before the injury, Dončić averaged 31.7 points, 8.3 rebounds and 7.7 assists over his previous six games.
