The Argentine guard spoke to Mozzart Sport about his decision to leave Virtus Bologna and move to Belgrade, revealing that Partizan had already shown interest in him in previous years.

Luca Vildoza has explained to Mozzart Sport how his move from Virtus Bologna to Partizan Belgrade came together. The Argentine guard revealed that the Serbian club had already been interested in him for some time.

“During the summer, we waited for a month. We were in Bologna because we couldn’t leave – we had just had a baby and we were nervous about what was going to happen during the summer. Partizan’s interest had already existed; it was the second year in a row that they asked what was happening. This year, I decided to come,” Vildoza told Mozzart Sport.

His connection to Belgrade also played a role in the decision: “My wife’s family is from here, I wanted to be in Belgrade. I also had a very good conversation with the coach, which pushed me even more. After a few months in Belgrade, I feel really happy about the decision I made.”
