Los Angeles Clippers, Lawrence Frank: “We’re strongly considering Chris Paul”

Chris Paul could realistically return to the Los Angeles Clippers for the final season of his career.

The player has reportedly expressed several times his desire to return to playing near Los Angeles, where his family is based. And after Smart’s move to the Lakers, the path seems to be clearing for Paul’s return to the Clippers. These were the comments on the matter from Lawrence Frank, head of the Clippers’ front office, as reported by Sky Sport NBA:
“What I can say is that Chris is a great player. He’s a great Clipper. He obviously possesses some of the qualities we’re looking for. And of course, we’re considering him very, very strongly.”
