One of the most exciting Finals in the competition's history is won by Madrid 79-78 over Olympiacos

Real Madrid is the champion of Europe for a record 11th time after holding on in one of the most exciting championship games in EuroLeague history. Los Blancos trailed for most of the game, but relied on the old guard to snatch the win in the closing seconds. Sergio Rodriguez nailed a clutch three to bring Real with 1 and Sergio Llull netted the go-ahead jumper with 3.1 seconds remaining. Olympiacos, which did not score in the game’s final 2 minutes, had one last shot, but Kostas Sloukas missed at the buzzer.
