Umana Reyer Venezia announced the contract extension of Leonardo Candi. The 1997-born playmaker/guard, who joined the club in the summer of 2025, will continue his journey with the Venetian team.
During the 2025/26 Serie A season, Candi made 42 appearances, averaging 5.4 points and 2.3 assists in 18.4 minutes per game, while shooting 54.8% from two-point range and 84.1% from the free-throw line. Beyond the numbers, Reyer highlighted his intensity, defensive pressure, sacrifice and ability to change the rhythm of games.
