According to The Athletic, Los Angeles Lakers coach Frank Vogel is ‘on the hot seat’ and in all likelihood would have been fired in case of yet another negative performance in last night’s match, later won by LeBron and his teammates against the Utah Jazz.
Bill Oram and Sam Amick explain that Vogel would have come close to being fired after the 37-point loss against the Nuggets.
The Front Office fears that Vogel has lost leadership of the locker room and will continue to evaluate his position game after game.
Vogel is under contract until the end of next season.
