Former Celtics guard continues to seek a return to the NBA.
The Los Angeles Lakers and Milwaukee Bucks are two teams with interest in potentially signing free agent guard Isaiah Thomas, reports Jon Krawczynski of The Athletic.
Thomas spent last season with the Washington Wizards but was traded to the Los Angeles Clippers at the deadline and subsequently waived.
The Italian coach returns to the NBA as a consultant, while Jason Love and Sergi Oliva also join the organization
The former Portland Trail Blazers center adds frontcourt depth while Mark Williams recovers from shoulder surgery
The 38-year-old veteran has drawn interest from the Utah Jazz but would prefer to sign with a team capable of competing for the NBA championship
The reigning champions have added several experienced players to compete for the final two roster spots, including former NBA champion Bruce Brown on the wing.
The veteran point guard will attend training camp and compete for a place on Sacramento’s final roster
