Kyrie Irving is set to return to game action after 19 months away. The guard will play in one of the two games in China, although it has not yet been decided which one.
Speaking to reporters in Macao, Irving said a calf strain suffered last December delayed his recovery from the March 2025 ACL tear by about eight weeks. On February 18, he was ruled out for the entire 2025-26 season.
According to Marc Stein, Irving will finally return this weekend. Dusty May confirmed that he will play in one of the two games in China, with the exact matchup still to be determined.
