Kyle Hines, Thomas Walkup, Jayson Granger take the Euroleague Commentators Challenge

Euroleague stars dubbed Printezis' historic 2012 game winner vs CSKA

Euroleague stars Kyle Hines, Thomas Walkup and Jayson Granger took the Euroleague Commentators Challenge and dubbed Georgios Printezis’ historic game winner in the 2012 Euroleague Final vs CSKA.

The new Commentators Challenge welcomes all fans to voice-over one of the most iconic plays in basketball history and enter their recordings in a contest to decide the best amateur play-caller out there!

Fans will be invited to test their skills by calling the play that was voted the best of the last decade, Georgios Printezis’s last-second, game-winning shot in the 2012 Championship Game for Olympiacos Piraeus.

Fans who wish to participate should visit commschallenge.euroleague.net and submit their videos to show their skills as commentators in English before May 11th.

A total of four videos submitted by the fans will be selected as finalists and face off, head to head, in a Final Four match ups format until there’s a winner. The contest will take place over the next two weeks with fans voting on social media for their favorite commentators.

That champion commentator will not only win a EuroLeague TV pass for the upcoming Final Four and all of next season, but will also have the possibility to attend a future EuroLeague game to go behind the scenes with the broadcast production team!

Second prize includes EuroLeague TV passes for the Final Four and next season, while third prize is a EuroLeague TV pass for the Final Four.

If you always wanted to get behind the microphone to describe the EuroLeague action, now is your chance to get in the game with Commentators Challenge!
