Kevin Pangos has announced his retirement from professional basketball at the age of 33. The former All-EuroLeague guard closes a long career that included stops in both Europe and the NBA.

The Canadian guard announced his decision through an emotional message on social media, thanking everyone who supported him throughout his basketball journey.

Pangos established himself as one of the most respected point guards in EuroLeague and was also selected to an All-EuroLeague team during his European career. The 33-year-old now begins a new chapter away from the court.
