Kenan Sipahi has reached an agreement to return to Fenrbahce, Levent Yavuz reports.
The guard, who played with the turkish team from 2013 to 2015, spent last year in the spanish ACB, where he averaged 7.3 points and 3.5 assist per game for Coosur Real Betis.
