Los Angeles Clippers star Kawhi Leonard received eight stiches to treat a mouth laceration following a collision with Serge Ibaka on Friday night. The collision took place in the fourth quarter of the Clippers’ win over the Nuggets.
Los Angeles coach Ty Lue downplayed the episode, saying afterwards that Leonard will be fine going forward. “I didn’t even see it … He’s going to be fine. He got up and walked off the floor, so he’s good,” he said.
