Scranton Enterprises has reached an agreement to sell Club Joventut Badalona to the Confluence Valley group. The deal opens a new chapter for La Penya after a period that began in 2018 and helped the club overcome one of the most difficult moments in its history.
Joventut thanked Scranton Enterprises for its commitment since 2018, when the club’s continuity was seriously threatened. From that point, the organization began a rebuilding process that eventually brought it back among the leading teams in Spanish basketball.
The high point of that period came with the 2026 Supercopa Endesa title. The sale to Confluence Valley is presented by the club as an opportunity to consolidate the progress already made and pursue further growth while preserving Joventut’s identity and its connection with Badalona.
