Josh Nebo has opted out of his contract with Armani Olimpia Milano. According to RealOlimpiaMilano, the American center exercised the exit option in his deal, which was set to run through 2027.
The player is no longer listed on the roster published on the club’s official website. Nebo is now free to sign with Barcelona, who are waiting to add him to their frontcourt.
His Milan experience comes to an end after a first season heavily affected by physical issues. In the year that ended with the Italian domestic treble, Nebo averaged 10.2 points and 5.5 rebounds in EuroLeague.
