Ironi Ness Ziona Basketball Club is pleased to announce the signing of Josh Christopher for the upcoming season. Christopher successfully passed his medical tests and will join the team’s training sessions.
The 24-year-old American guard, standing 1.95m tall, played college basketball at Arizona State and was selected in the first round of the 2021 NBA Draft with the 24th overall pick. Christopher has extensive NBA experience, having made 152 appearances for the Houston Rockets and Miami Heat.
He started last season in the G League before finishing the campaign with Shenzhen in the Chinese league, where he averaged 13.8 points, 4.8 rebounds and 1.1 steals per game.
