Jonathan Kuminga ended his restricted free agency stalemate by agreeing to a two-year, $48.5 million contract with the Golden State Warriors, including a team option in year two.
The deal gives him flexibility to renegotiate in 2026 or enter free agency in 2027. The Warriors also added Seth Curry on a one-year deal, pairing him with his brother Stephen as camp begins.
Kuminga, who shined in the semifinals vs. Minnesota, now holds the fourth-highest salary on the team. The agreement raises Golden State’s luxury tax by $70 million, but the franchise views him as a key piece.
