Jonathan Kuminga has agreed to a two-year, $13 million contract with the Minnesota Timberwolves, including a player option, according to ESPN, which cites his agent Aaron Turner.
Kuminga is expected to step directly into the starting lineup for Minnesota, joining a talented group built to compete at the top of the Western Conference. The former Golden State Warriors forward will line up alongside Anthony Edwards, LaMelo Ball, Jaden McDaniels and Rudy Gobert.
His arrival gives the Timberwolves another versatile offensive weapon while adding athleticism and defensive potential to an already talented roster. Minnesota now looks increasingly equipped to make a deep postseason run.
