Joe Ragland signed a one-year contract with Hapoel Eilat, the Israeli team announced.

Last year the former Wichita State guard played just 9 games for Pallacanestro Cantù before the suspension, with averages of 8 points and 5.9 assist.
The team’s coach, Ariel Beit Halachmi, commented on the signing: “Ragland is a proven and experienced Euroleague player.”
