The Spanish coach had signed with Valencia last summer.

Joan Penarroya is leaving Valencia to sign a two-year deal with Baskonia, according to Aris Barkas of Eurohoops.

Penarroya led San Pablo Burgos to win the BCL in 2020 and 2021.
