JJ Redick: Doncic will play in two of the Lakers’ final four preseason games

Lakers head coach JJ Redick said it’s still to be determined whether Luka Doncic will play Sunday against the Warriors, the first of three games in four days for Los Angeles.

Redick confirmed Doncic will appear in two of the Lakers’ four remaining preseason contests, while the team continues to evaluate LeBron James’ recovery from sciatica.

“It’s unclear what the starting lineup is going to be — that’s the reality,” Redick said. He also praised rookie Adou Thiero: “It’s insane. His athleticism — head at the rim — it’s insane.”
