Jeremiah Martin signed a 1+1 deal with BetCity Parma.
After a four-year college career at Memphis, Martin pursued an NBA opportunity, making 18 appearances with the Brooklyn Nets and Cleveland Cavaliers.
He changed teams in each of his three VTB League seasons before joining Lokomotiv Kuban, where he averaged 13.1 points, 3.6 assists, and 1.5 steals (1.3 turnovers) in 23 minutes per game.
