Maccabi Tel Aviv announces three-year deal with American guard Jeff Dowtin Jr.
Born in 1997, this will be his first experience in Europe with the Israeli club. Last season, he split time between the NBA and the G-League with the Philadelphia 76ers. In the NBA, he averaged 7 points and 1.9 assists per game over 41 appearances.
