Former Greensboro Swarm forward moves to Italy.

Italian Serie A2 side JB Monferrato has announced the signing of American forward Sam Thompson.

Thompson comes off a season in Vietnam with the Saigon Heat, averaging 20.7 points and 8.5 rebounds per game in the ASEAN League.
