Lauri Markkanen and Jaren Jackson Jr. both left Utah’s loss to Memphis with injuries and will undergo MRI exams
The Utah Jazz suffered a double injury blow in their 110-105 loss to Memphis. Lauri Markkanen and Jaren Jackson Jr. both left the game and will undergo MRI exams.
Markkanen suffered a right wrist injury in the first quarter, while Jackson exited in the second with a right knee issue.
“We’ll know more tomorrow once they get some imaging,” coach Will Hardy said. Markkanen is averaging 20.7 points and 7.3 rebounds, while Jackson is averaging 19.7 points and 5.7 rebounds.
