Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown reportedly did not speak during warmups before Celtics-Sixers. It was their first meeting since the offseason trade that sent Brown to Philadelphia.

According to the New York Post, the former teammates were only a few steps apart but did not greet or interact with each other. Brown also did not spend most of the game on the bench, with NBC Sports Boston’s Abby Chin reporting that he was believed to be in the locker room.

Boston went on to beat Philadelphia 144-106. Tatum finished with 23 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists, while the Sixers rested Brown, Joel Embiid and LeBron James. Brown’s official return to TD Garden is scheduled for January 21.
