Jared Butler is staying with Crvena zvezda Meridianbet. The Serbian club announced that the American guard has extended his contract through 2028, keeping him in red and white for two more seasons.
Butler joined Crvena zvezda in October 2025 after NBA stints with the Phoenix Suns and Philadelphia 76ers. During his first season with the club, he emerged as one of the best offensive players in the EuroLeague and one of the team’s key pieces.
According to the club, Butler decided to continue his story in Belgrade despite receiving multiple offers. He is expected to be a major part of next season’s team under new head coach Ibon Navarro.
