In the NBA night, the Los Angeles Clippers defeated the Portland Trail Blazers without too many problems with the result of 116-103 at the end of a game in which they were always in control. However, it was James Harden’s decision to “defend” his teammate Kawhi Leonard as the latter was about to take an open three-point shot that caused much astonishment.
The “Beard” then justified this decision in the post-game by stating: “The last few weeks have been pretty tough for us, everyone is waiting for us to start. I wanted to try to get some energy, some positive vibes. If Kawhi had made it, it would have been better, but at least we have something to laugh about”.
