James Dickey has reached an agreement with Hapoel Haifa B.C., Walla reports.
The big man will replace James Thompson, who left the team 3 days ago.
Dickey started the season in BBL with BG Goettingen (6.5 ppg, 6.1 rpg, 1.1 bpg).
