Jalen Duren has agreed to a five-year, $200 million contract with the Detroit Pistons. The deal includes a rising salary structure throughout its five-year duration. Duren will earn $34.5 million in the 2026-27 season, with that figure increasing to $37.2 million in 2027-28.
His salary will reach $40 million in 2028-29, followed by $42.8 million in 2029-30. In the final year of the agreement, 2030-31, Duren will earn $45.5 million.
The new contract will keep Duren under contract with the Pistons through the 2030-31 season, with the $200 million total value distributed across five seasons and his annual salary increasing every year.
