Italian Olympic Committee suspends all sports in Italy till April 3 (Cups not involved)

The sports in Italy stop till April 3. Cups are expected to be played

The Italian Olympic Committee has announced the suspension of all sports in Italy till April 3, 2020 due to the coronavirus outbreak in the country.

CONI has asked Italian Government to issue a special Prime Ministerial Decree that will exceed the current valid one.

In its statement, CONI reminds that the Committee cannot rule on the International Competitions (as EuroLeague, EuroCup and Basketball Champions League, basketball talking). The games with Italian teams involved are expected, as of now, to be played but behind closed doors.
