The French swingman leaves Virtus Bologna after a championship-winning season

Isaia Cordinier is officially a new player for Anadolu Efes. The Frenchman has agreed to a two-year deal with the Turkish powerhouse, with the contract running through June 30, 2027.

Cordinier leaves Virtus Bologna after a triumphant year, averaging 12 points, 3.9 rebounds, and 3.9 assists in the EuroLeague and helping the club win the Italian championship against Brescia.

Though he had reached an agreement with Efes some time ago, an NBA-out clause expired yesterday, clearing the way for the Turkish club to finalize the deal. The official announcement is expected soon.

This marks another strong addition for Efes after securing Nick Weiler-Babb from Bayern Munich and Georgios Papagiannis from AS Monaco.
