The Indiana Pacers’ journey to the NBA Finals hit a minor snag as their plane was diverted to Tulsa.
Due to a tornado warning in Oklahoma City, the team’s charter flight circled before landing safely in Tulsa. They resumed travel shortly after and arrived in OKC by 7 p.m. local time.
The Pacers, heading to their first Finals since 2000, face the Thunder in Game 1 on Thursday.
