Ibon Navarro named new head coach of Crvena Zvezda

The Spanish coach arrives in Belgrade after his successful tenure with Unicaja, where he won seven trophies in four seasons.

Ibon Navarro is opening a new chapter in his coaching career with Crvena Zvezda. The Serbian club announced the arrival of the Spanish coach, who has been chosen to lead the red-and-white team into the next stage of its project.

Navarro leaves Unicaja after a highly successful cycle, highlighted by seven trophies in four seasons. Crvena Zvezda also pointed to the identity of his teams, known for high tempo, intensity and deep rotations.

For the Belgrade club, this is a major international coaching move. Navarro arrives in Serbia aiming to bring energy, structure and continuity to a team expected to compete at the highest level.
