According to Shams Charania (ESPN), the Atlanta Hawks and Dyson Daniels have agreed to a four-year, $100 million contract extension. Represented by Daniel Moldovan, Daniels will skip restricted free agency in 2026.

Following his trade from the New Orleans Pelicans, Daniels finished second in Defensive Player of the Year voting and won Most Improved Player, raising his scoring average from 5.8 to 14.1 points per game.
