Hapoel Tel Aviv has reportedly made an offer for Tyler Dorsey, with Ofer Yannai contacting Olympiacos owners over a possible deal

Hapoel Tel Aviv is reportedly making a concrete push for Tyler Dorsey. According to a Greek report relayed by Sport5, owner Ofer Yannai has contacted Olympiacos owners, the Angelopoulos brothers, regarding a possible deal for the suspended guard.

Dorsey is currently suspended by Olympiacos following his recent critical comments about the coaching staff. According to the report, Yannai has already submitted a financial offer to the Greek club. The exact amount is unclear, although it could reportedly reach seven figures.

Two days earlier, Yannai said there was a “good chance” Dorsey could eventually join Hapoel Tel Aviv. Any move will first depend on Olympiacos’ intentions and the price it would demand to release the player. Dorsey averaged 15.9 points while shooting 38.6% from three last season. He is currently posting 12.6 points in 18:26 minutes per game, hitting 40.7% from beyond the arc.
