Hapoel Tel Aviv continues to secure its core players. After Blakeney and Bryant, it is now Dan Oturu’s turn, with the center signing a contract extension that will keep him with the club until 2029.

Oturu was one of the key players during Hapoel’s historic debut season in the EuroLeague, which ended with a playoff berth and secured the club another year in Europe’s top competition.

The big man appeared in 42 EuroLeague games, averaging 13.9 points, an outstanding 71% shooting from two-point range, along with 5.7 rebounds and 1.4 blocks per game.

During the season, Oturu also set a new EuroLeague record for the most two-point field goals made in a single season, finishing the campaign with 232 made two-pointers.
