Hapoel Tel Aviv has announced a significant change in the ownership structure of Yannay Sports, the company that owns 81% of Adom Nihul Sal. Ofer Yannay will hold a 40% stake, while Gili Raanan, Miki Malka and Alan Howard will each own 20%.
The three shareholders will also increase their involvement in management and decision-making. Day-to-day operations will be overseen by chairman Stav Shaham, who has been appointed to ensure professional, stable and independent management. Adom Nihul Sal’s ownership remains unchanged, with Yannay Sports holding 81% and the Hapoel Ussishkin Tel Aviv association owning 19%.
The shareholders have also committed to making further significant investments to support the club’s financial stability and sporting development. Yannay explained that his position as CEO of Nofar Energy no longer allows him to remain as involved in Hapoel’s daily management as he was previously.
