Hapoel Tel Aviv announced through its official channels a new policy introduced by chairman Stav Shaham: the club will not pursue legal action against its own supporters.
The organization clarified that it is currently a defendant, rather than a plaintiff, in the ongoing legal proceedings. Any warning letters or other actions previously initiated by the club will nevertheless be withdrawn.
“Hapoel fans belong with us in the stands, not facing the club in court,” Shaham said, calling for disagreements to be resolved through dialogue and mutual understanding.
