Israeli powerhouse Hapoel Jerusalem has announced the signing of American guard Chris Kramer, who will take part in the upcoming Basketball Champions League Final Eight.
Kramer comes off a 2019-2020 season spent with Khimki Moscow, averaging 5.1 points and 2.9 assists per game in EuroLeague.
