Hapoel Jerusalem has announced they have re-signed American guard J’Covan Brown, who is set to start his third consecutive season with the Israeli side.
Brown comes off a 2019-20 season in which he averaged 14.8 points and 5.3 assists per game between Winner League and Champions League.
