Sasha Obradovic has signed with Hapoel Jerusalem through the end of the 2028-29 season
Hapoel Jerusalem have officially announced Sasha Obradovic as their new head coach through the end of the 2028-29 season.
Obradovic brings major European experience after coaching clubs such as Monaco, Crvena Zvezda and Alba Berlin. He led Monaco to the 2023 EuroLeague Final Four, a historic achievement for the club.
“I am very happy to join Hapoel Jerusalem. I chose the club because I was very impressed by its vision, standards and high ambitions,” Obradovic said after signing.
The 1.96-meter guard joins Hapoel Jerusalem until the end of the season, bringing extensive experience from the highest levels of the NBA and European basketball.
The Bosnian forward will debut against Verona: “I want to bring energy and leadership so we can win as much as possible”
The agreement covers four additional seasons, although some clauses remain unresolved before the signing
The Italian club has confirmed its roster for its inaugural season, with Vernon Carey left out and Hunter Tyson among the latest additions.
