The point guard tore a ligament in his thumb during practice and will now begin rehabilitation

Hapoel Jerusalem has received terrible news regarding Jared Harper. The point guard suffered an injury during practice, with medical examinations revealing a torn ligament in his thumb.

Harper will immediately begin his recovery and rehabilitation process. According to the Israeli club’s official announcement, he is expected to be sidelined for between three and five months.

His absence represents a major blow for Jerusalem. Harper averaged 19.5 points, 5.2 assists and 2.2 rebounds in last season’s EuroCup, along with 17.9 points and 6.8 assists per game in the Israeli League.
