Hall of Fame considering delaying class of 2020 induction ceremony

The event is supposed to be held on August 29

Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame CEO John Doleva told the Boston Globe’s Gary Washburn that the induction ceremony of the class of 2020 could be delayed due to the pandemic. The event is supposed to be held on August 29.

Columbus Day weekend (Oct. 9-11) remains an option for the ceremony or the event could be moved to next spring.

The class of 2020 includes legends such as Kobe Bryant, Tim Duncan, and Kevin Garnett.
