Gordon Hayward ruled out for Game 1 vs. Miami

Hayward will not return tonight

The Boston Celtics have officially ruled out Gordon Hayward for Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals against Miami.

Hayward suffered a Grade 3 ankle sprain during the first round of the playoffs.
