Georgios Bartzokas: They have enough talent to score a lot

Olympiacos head coach Georgios Bartzokas:

“What matters is to win and how tough you are, how good a defensive game you are going to be putting up. So, I believe that we are going to be doing this tomorrow, we are going to be really tough because Efes has a lot of offensive talent in every position. In the first round game we were tied up to the fourth quarter, however, a short period when they got to score a lot caused us a defeat of more than ten points. They are a team that if you allow them to play their game, they have enough talent to score a lot, that’s why we need to be really tough in this game.”

Olympiacos player Hassan Martin:

“We are definitely in advantage for playing at home, especially since we face off against a great team like Efes. They are experienced, they are the European Champions and we have to respect them. So having energy from the fans is going to give us an extra boost. The real test is today. After today’s practice we are going to see in what condition we really are. I’m confident though. We feel well at practice, we are coming from two winning games, one for the Euroleague and one for the Greek League and we are definitely feeling better than we did a month ago.”
