George Niang, Cavs reach agreement on three-year, $26 million contract

According to Mark Bartelstein and Andy Shiffman , George Niang and the Cleveland Cavaliers have reached an agreement on a three-year, $26 million contract. Niang departs for another Eastern contender after the Sixers.
